Water (Home remedies using Water)


1. To avoid STOMACH PROBLEMS, drink a large glass of water on empty stomach early in the morning.

2. To remedy BURNING SENSATIONS IN THE EYES, take a hot water bath.

3. To get rid of NAUSEA and reduce the feeling of STOMACH CHURNING, place a wet cloth on the stomach.

4. To treat SPRAINS and SWOLLEN regions, give hot fomentation with water.

5. To treat URINARY IRRITATION, drink a cup of water with lemon juice and salt.

6. To improve BOWEL MOVEMENT and URINATION, drink boiled and cooled water.
